This notice describes the information collected by the What’s Your Offer? funnel operated by Trishonna Helm.

When you join the waitlist

We save your first name, email address, optional phone number, signup time, signup source, and a record of your agreement to receive emails about the challenge. We use those details for early access, offers, bonuses, and enrollment reminders. If you choose the optional text-message checkbox, we also record your choice, the phone number, the consent wording and version, and the time you submitted it. We use that choice to determine whether to send challenge marketing texts.

When you register interest in the six-week challenge

The challenge enrollment form saves your first and last name, email address, phone number, signup time, signup source, and agreement to receive challenge emails in our contact list. Joining the interest list is not a purchase. A phone number alone does not subscribe you to marketing texts.

When you register for a live class

We save your first name, email, optional phone number, signup time, and email agreement separately from the challenge waitlist. These details support class access and emails about the class and challenge offers. A registration cookie lets this browser open your class confirmation page for up to 30 days. Giving a phone number alone does not subscribe you to texts. If you select the optional class text-message checkbox, we also save your choice, phone number, consent wording and version, submission time, and class signup source. We use that consent for your class confirmation, Zoom link, and reminders.

Where your information goes

Signups are stored with our website hosting provider. When an email platform is connected, we share those signup details with it to deliver the emails you requested. We do not sell your waitlist details. Providing a phone number alone does not subscribe you to marketing texts. Texts require a separate opt-in. We share signup details and messaging preferences with our messaging service provider to deliver requested communications. We do not share mobile numbers or text opt-in records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use. Providers may process these details only to support our messaging and customer service.

Payments and program access

Payments are handled on the connected payment provider’s checkout. This website does not collect or store your card details. Course access is provided by a separate course platform, which handles its own account access.

Cookies and analytics

After signup, an essential cookie remembers that this browser reached the waitlist confirmation step. It expires after 30 days. With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel on the class and waitlist pages to measure page visits and completed signups and support relevant advertising. Meta may receive browser and device information, IP address, page URL, cookie identifiers, and the type of signup completed. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, or text-message consent records through this pixel. Advertising measurement starts only after you choose Allow. You can decline or withdraw permission using Privacy choices on those pages. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. Your choice is stored in this browser; signing up does not require advertising cookies.

Your choices
